SeaVision
As a user of SeaVision, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- SeaVision was developed specifically for use by the U.S. Government and government agencies of international partner nations.
- The SeaVision Program Office may grant permission to agency to access SeaVision. This access may be modified or revoked at the discretion of the SeaVision Program Office.
- SeaVision is provided as-is, with its present system capabilities and all future releases.
- The SeaVision Program Office reserves the right to modify or enhance the existing system features and/or data accessibility of the SeaVision system at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, the following functions: data availability, data visualization, analytics, and extraction/export services, as well as users’ assignments to SeaVision personas and communities.
- Prior to acquiring or using supplemental data within SeaVision, the user must obtain express approval from the SeaVision Program Office.
- Users acquiring or using supplemental data (i.e. commercial satellite or terrestrial Automatic Identification System data sources) within SeaVision have no expectation of continued compatibility with its anticipated or intended use. At any time, SeaVision features may be modified thus rendering user-acquired, supplemental data to be incompatible with the use case of the end user.
- NGO users are solely responsible to obtain and fund applicable commercially available data sources for use within SeaVision. Data procured for US Government use in SeaVision is not available to NGOs.
- User also agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the SeaVision END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. Please click on the “GET HELP” on the next screen to contact the SeaVision Program Office.
Acceptance of these terms is required for access and use of the SeaVision system.
